Queries Sent to Search Providers
When you enter a name, location, or other term in a search tool, that query passes to the third-party provider that operates the search. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems. The provider's own terms and privacy practices govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and supplied contact details long enough to answer and manage the exchange. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
